Very attentive to the homeowners needs. Answered all...I mean ALL...questions in a knowledgeable manner without 'dumbing it down'. Very timely communication and very personable . Easy to work with. Extremely 'right priced'; half price or less than three other 'larger name' companies. It was a bit of a difficult build but was completed well above my expectations; the quality of build is outstanding. Have used again since initial large project and will use again. I highly recommend HomeLife Brothers and I do not recommend many companies.

I was very impressed with The Homelife Brothers renovation team! From the initial estimate with Ryan, and throughout the renovation process with Thomas and his team of contractors, to the finished product. They took a bedroom wall down and turned it into an open concept dining room, put a transom window in our office, painted all the walls and installed all new brand new floors on the main level, along with many other smaller projects to complete our renovation. I have included several photos of the before and after project. I appreciated the communication, quality of finished work, follow through on all the last minute details, to the amazing final product. Talk about service after the sale! We can't wait to schedule our four season room addition next year with this wondeful team! Thank you everyone!

We are not handy people. These gents were referred to us by our moving company, couldn’t be happier. I needed help hanging curtains, patching holes left by old owners, fixing drain pipes, and they helped with it all! They were super busy but able to communicate well in squeezing us into their busy schedule. My favorite part, they cleaned up after themselves. They even quoted us for some basement remodeling and advised us on our ideas for that remodel. They are awesome guys and they will be our handyman service in Des Moines!

Jesus and his team were friendly, worked neatly, cleaned up when they left for the day. Ryan personally came for final walkthrough and returned the next day to follow up on things HE found needing touch up. Will call them again for a few more projects and have recommended them to others who need things done.

Homelife Bros were professional, personable crew and communicated well with us throughout the whole process of builing our composite decking in 2022. We had a very large project. From ripping out our small wood deck, picking a product that was great quality that would last and be maintenance free to building a huge composite deck, and working hard no matter what the weather gave them! Wow it is beautiful! When they noticed items to adjust they proactively handled them and they also were flexible when we decided to change railing mid project. Overall we would recommend them to others for home improvement needs. We love our new expanded outdoor space! See attached pictures!
